Through their grants and donations these organisations keep the Heart Support Group going.

 

Louth United Charities

 

Their grant covers the cost of the wallets which are given out to all patients by the nurses.

 

Louth Town Hall

 

Their grant goes towards all the printing of the Newsletter, programme and other printing done by the group.

 

Lincolnshire County Council/

Lincolnshire NHS Health Authority

 

Their grant has meant the printing and posting of the Walking Book can continue for a further year.

 

Churches Together

 

Their grant helped pay for members of the group to go on a bus trip to Castle Howard and York.

 

Kenwick Park Golf Club

 

Their donation helped with various projects of the club, the initial cost of the Walking Book and providing a TV/DVD for use with the Phase 3 Rehab classes.

 

Lincolnshire Co-Op

 

For supplying fruit for the stall the group has at the Launch event for the Lincolnshire Wolds Walking Festival.
