Their grant is paying for Pulse monitors to be used at the Cardiac rehabilitation classes at Louth and Burgh Le Marsh

Help a Heart Grant – British Heart Foundation

Their grant payed for an exercise bike for the cardiac rehabilitation exercise programme at Burgh Le Marsh.

Louth United Charities

Their grant covers the cost of the wallets which are given out to all patients by the nurses

East Lindsey District council/PCT

Their grant has meant the printing and posting of the walking Book can continue for a further year

For supplying fruit for the stall the group has at the Launch Event for the Lincolnshire Wolds Walking Festival
